What to Expect: 

🌱 Practical Herbalism: Dive into the world of herbal medicine as we introduce the practical uses of various herbs. Each class will focus on a different theme, allowing you to discover the unique benefits of plants that support your overall well-being.

Mindful Meditation: Each session will begin with a guided meditation practice, helping you center your thoughts and connect with the plants.
🧘‍♀️ Nurturing Yoga Practice: Engage in a short yoga practice designed to support your body and enhance your connection to nature. These poses will prepare you for deeper healing and relaxation.
🌿 Herbal Tea Experience: Enjoy a thoughtfully selected herbal tea that aligns with the day’s theme, fostering a sense of nourishment and tranquility.

🧴 Herbal Crafting: Put your knowledge into practice by crafting an herbal preparation to take home, empowering you to integrate herbalism into your personal wellness routine.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Journal and pen (optional)

Registration: Includes practice, lecture, and all supplies including a different herbal tea + herbal preparation each month.

Students can enroll in the full series or individual classes. Classes are limited to 12 students so secure your spot today!

  • February 15 - Theme: Joy + Grief; Preparation: Handcrafted Tea Blend; Herbs: Lemon balm, Holy basil, Rose, Mimosa flower, Hawthorn 

  • March 15 - Theme: Digestion; Preparation: Handcrafted Tea Blend; Herbs: Chamomile, Mugwort, Marshmallow, Catnip,Coriander, Fennel, Ginger, Sage, Turmeric

  • April 19 - Theme: Sleep; Preparation: Tincture Passion Flower & Lavender Oil; Herbs: Valerian, Hibiscus, Jiaogulan, Poppy, Motherwort, Turmeric, Passionflower

  • May 17 - Theme: Stress; Preparation: Ashwaganda Tincture; Herbs: Ashwaganda, Holy Basil,Reishi, Schisandra, Dang Shen
